Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Pathprint website at pathprint.org, its waitlist, and the Pathprint app at app.pathprint.org (currently an invite-only beta). In plain English:
Waitlist
We collect only the email address you enter to join the waitlist and the date you joined. We use it only to tell you when Pathprint launches and to send occasional product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you get a personal removal link right after you sign up.
The Pathprint app
If you’re invited to the app, we store:
- Your account email, used to send you one-time sign-in links (there are no passwords), plus when you signed up and that you confirmed you’re 18 or older.
- Your study chats: the classes or topics you create and the messages you send and receive, so you can come back to them.
- Your quizzes and results: the quiz questions, your answers and scores. Your progress and “weak spots” are calculated only from these results.
- Technical data needed to run the service: a sign-in session cookie (strictly necessary, no tracking), and short-lived one-way hashes of IP and email addresses used to rate-limit sign-in requests, deleted within a day.
We don’t ask for, infer or guess anything about disabilities, health, mood or other personal details.
Where it’s stored and how it’s processed
App data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a database run by Cloudflare. Your chat messages and quiz material are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies and quizzes; we don’t use your data to train AI models. Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend, our email provider, which receives your email address only to send them.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Settings → Delete my account and data. That permanently deletes your account, classes, chats, quizzes and quiz results right away. You can also ask us to delete your data through our contact page.
Hosting and analytics
The site and app are hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver them. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure traffic, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn’t track you across sites.
Not counseling
Pathprint provides study and career guidance, not counseling or therapy. Please don’t share sensitive health information in your chats.
Age
Pathprint is for people 18 and older. Please don’t join the waitlist or use the app if you’re under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Significant changes will be announced by email.
